Trouble installing yum on a VPS - knifebunny - 07-07-2011 07:18 PM

The easiest way to install yum on a VPS is to install yum from the hardware node.

SSH into the hardware node that your VPS is on.

Once you are logged in, type the following command:

Code:
vzpkg install -p <veid> yum

<veid> being your VPS ID e.g. 101

Once this is installed you should have yum installed on your VPS.
